All products are shipped from Walla Walla Washington using either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). The shopping cart will provide several shipping options based on the estimated weight and size of your package. USPS Standard is uninsured and can be very slow. UPS Ground is insured up to $100, but can be very slow. First Class Mail is uninsured but has online tracking. It is usually reasonably quick but occasionally can be slow. Priority Mail is insured up to $100. Items shipped via UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day or USPS Express Mail will be fully insured.
If you choose an uninsured shipping method, any loss or damage that occurs during shipping is entirely your responsibility. Under ordinary circumstances, your package should arrive within 7 to 10 days. Digital Heroes is not responsible for shipping delays that may occur after the package has left our hands. Stamps.com will send you an email with tracking information. If you don't receive your order in a timely fashion, drop us an email and we'll be glad to run a trace on it.
We take orders for some products that have yet to ship from the manufacturer and reserve them. All pre-orders are subject to cancelation due to product changes or allocations made by the manufacturer. Refunds will be issued if we are force to allocate or cancel your order. Please note that the release dates we provide for all pre-orders are very tentative and subject to change. We attempt to keep our product description pages up to date, but we are not responsible for changes made to the product by the manufacturer prior to release.
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from the day you receive your package. All items returned must be received in exact same condition as they were in when we sent them. i.e., a factory sealed box must be returned factory sealed. Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges, banking, and other fees associated with the transaction. These fees will be deducted from the final refunded amount. Please contact us directly before returning any merchandise.
